Nicely designed hotel with highly professional employees on the reception desk. Plenty of options, savoury food. Best possible location in a very very nice area, just next door to Great to those who enjoy jogging, the local cafes for meetings, and Paddington Station and Kennsington Gardens. Plus, right by Norfolk Square Gardens.

Thanks for a very comfortable stay for one or two nights. Easy location near London, pubs, and the park, it's central. There is nearby Lolita Burgers and Kebabs to grab some food for the dinner.

Location
When we arrived there, they told us that they hadn't any reservation for us! Finally they gave us a room, even they were saying that it was fully booked. The room was in the basement (entry was from outside), and the stairs to get there were so dirty (spider's web...) The service was horrible: they made the beds very bad, even my niece of 1 year could do it better. The breakfast very poor.

Its closeness to the underground
I did not like the location of our room (room 5) it was downstairs with no light outside the room . I booked a twin room and we were given a room with a double bed and a camp bed . there was an adjoining door to another guests bathroom . The carpet is filthy. Two plug sockets did not work .view from window disgusting. Breakfast very basic and poor.

Have stayed before and was satisfied with my experience given the low cost. This time my expectations were more than met as the hotel had been renovated and the costs remained the same. Wholly satisfied and a very good budget cost hotel.
Lift is slow and old. Breakfast is poor quality.

I enjoyed the location a great deal. Paddington Station is one minute away. The room was what I expected for what I paid. Linens were clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful when I dropped off luggage early.
The only gripe is the floor in the room was worn and appeared unclean.

The hotel was near to Paddington station and the shower was hot.
The window was very hard to shut to reduce the traffic noise, Breakfast was very basic and the room was small.

the location of the hotel is really good! Within minutes walk to tube stations lancaster gate and paddington, and Hyde park. Comming from Victoria station, it is an easy 20 minute walk through Hyde park. The hotel can use some refurbishent, but nothing its still alright. The room was quite small, but has everything you need, very clean, a nice bed and digital tv. Little noise from the road outside, but not disturbing. Breakfast was very simple, but still alright. Breakfast room basic furnished, and you are supposed to have left at 9.30. Good value for money, great location!
very simple breakfast (serverd only 7.30 - 9.30), clean up under your nose at 9.30.

Couples seeking a convenient stay
The location is just perfect! We walked to famous places from the hotel, and it was only a couple minutes from the train station. The breakfast was decent enough, and it was nice to have it laid out in our room. Really felt taken care of!
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but the experience was still worth it.
